NCL is the biggest and best cruiseline ever. It was rated the best cruiseline of the year. Go to the website: www.ncl.com . you can see three sixty tours of each room as well as the suites and stuff.

Looking at the website below for departures from LA in June/July 2010, there are just 3 ships plying the Baja route, Carnival Paradise, Carnival Splendor but also RCI's Mariner of the Seas. So since you can't obviously change your itinerary, how about trying a new cruiseline, and going on Mariner of the Seas. It's got loads of facilities, including a rock climbing wall and ice skating rink.
Happy vacationing!

Too bad you can't convince them to go thru the Panama Canal instead. You can do one that goes partially thru and then turns around and comes back to Southern California. That way, they would still see some of Mexico, but also Probably Costa Rica and of course Panama. Talk to them about that one, but look it up on the Carnival web site first so you have plenty of ammo to give them.

If you are flying in and out of the US then you are required to have a passport. There is not working around this visit www.travel.state.gov/passport . If this is like a cruise and you start and end in the US then no passport is needed for 07. Visit the link I provided.

As for things to see.

1. If you like beer the Pacifico Brewery is located in the main city. you can take tours and taste the beer.

2. Golden Zone - Tons of shopping lots of fun. Very safe and nice place to be. Lovely for just walking around and catching the sites.

3. Papantla flyers - Crazy Totonac Indiand clime up 75 foot poles and spin and jump and swing above the ocean. Pretty cool. I really enjoyed seeing it.

4. Shrimp Market - If you love shrimp you will love this place. It was so good. the best plump shrimp ever.

5. Stone Island - I have not been, but it is a tourist attraction

6. Sierra Madre mountains, Concordia and Copala. If you can find a local guide or tour this is like old country of the city. Historic and beautiful.

Hope that helps!

As far as Mazatlan? Sorry, I have no clue. I just came back from Cozumel, and it was wondferul. You will need a passport, because the officials check you in getting into airports, and passports are checked upon arrival into the U.S. Have a great time!

go to the immigration office in the U.S and apply for a green card. you take a test and if you pass it you stand in front of a judge and take an oath and they give you a green card that would let you legally be in the U.S and also be a legal citizen in Mexico. But why you are applying fro your green card, you can get a work visa and hopefully by the time you are approved to become a citizen that will be he time that your work visa expires. I comend you on wanting to do things legally.

if you're a nurse or wanna be a teacher i heard they are recruiting imigrants for those work since they have shortage. but since you are neither, then i suggest you try to look for company online that would hire you and be willing to sponsor you legally to work in US or EU... it may take a while and more difficult to do but who knows, you might just get your luck. i believe it is possible, if you have the talend and skills the comapany wants they can do that. just be carefull of what company to choose, they might give you fake documents then you will be deported if caught... at least go to reputable big corporations who has a reputaion to protect, they're the ones who can help you.
Good luck on your quest for a better life.

You are not one of the Mexicans they are talking about, you sound just as much and maybe a little more American than me. Some times we got to blur the line between right and wrong. My dad came here illegally but became a citizen 6 years ago. You have to take what you want sometimes if you want it that bad. But you sound like you have a great life, why do you what to come here so bad? -Dallas, TX

How much do you really love her? If you were planning to get married, why are you giving up so easily? If you want her, you gotta fight for her.
